- Ensure payment terms are met as outlined in project agreements

Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:
Client-Owned IP
- All custom code developed specifically for client projects
- Project-specific designs, content, and materials
- Data, content, and materials provided by the client
hsyed.dev IP
- Proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Pre-existing code libraries and components
- General knowledge and expertise
- Marketing materials and brand assets
Specific intellectual property arrangements will be detailed in individual project contracts.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms and policies:
- Project costs are outlined in individual proposals and contracts
- Payment schedules are typically milestone-based or monthly
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Work may be suspended for overdue accounts
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- Additional work outside original scope requires separate approval

Disclaimers
- Services are provided "as is" without additional warranties
- We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results

- Internet connectivity and hosting issues are beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
Important limitations on our liability:
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Business interruption and lost profits are excluded from liability

Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

Upon Termination
- Outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Access to client systems and data will be returned
- Completed work and deliverables transfer to client
- Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
